Ingredients
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
Or substitute other berries of your choice
1 sprig Fresh mint (for garnish)
Yogurt (for serving, optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk the vinegar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Put the berries into a second bowl, then pour the vinegar mixture over them. Let the berries sit and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the berries for later or eat them immediately. Enjoy them by themselves or with yogurt.
