Ingredients
Small tortillas
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Melted butter
Any flavor of ice cream or frozen yogurt that you like
2 cups Chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
Items for mixing into the ice cream and/or topping such as candy
Or crumbled cookies
Or nuts
Or peach slices
Or berries
Or honey
Or whipped cream (store bought or homemade)
Or buckeyes
Or chocolate syrup
Or fruit dessert topping
Or sprinkles
Or marshmallows
Or granola

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and brush the melted butter onto one side of the tortillas. Combine cinnamon and sugar together and apply the mixture to the buttered side. Fold the tortillas in half and place a small tube of tinfoil within so they can become a taco shell. The cinnamon sugar side should be the inside. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. While allowing the taco shells to cool, melt the chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup into a mixture that is a good consistency for dipping.
  3. Pack your taco full of ice cream and smooth the edges with a knife or spoon. Dip in the chocolate mixture and apply any toppings. Freeze for 15-20 minutes (or longer if necessary) to allow the ice cream to set and harden, then enjoy!
