Green Bean Stir-fry

Serves: 4 servings
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece fresh ginger (1"), minced

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add the green beans and cook, stirring constantly, 2 or 3 minutes, until dark green and caramelized. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes longer.
  3. Add the reserved sauce, stir to incorporate, and heat for another minute. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
