Serves: 16

Ingredients
8-10 pound Ham shank (fully cooked)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Remove ham from the refrigerator 1 or 2 hours before it needs to go into the oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a roasting pan with foil.
  2. Place the ham cut side down in the roasting pan and roast for 45 to 50 minutes. While the ham cooks, mix the sugar, vinegar, and mustard together in a bowl and set aside until ready to use.
  3. Remove the ham from the oven and baste it with 1/4 of the glaze. Roast the ham and baste it again every 10 minutes until it is deep brown and well glazed.
  4. Let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
